Born on 5 February 1996, Adedamola Adefolahan artistically known as Fireboy DML is an indigene of Abeokuta, Ogun State. Fireboy is a seasoned Nigerian hit monster who is signed into YBNL records label owned by Olamide. The icon obtained his tertiary Education from Obafemi Awolowo University.
In 2019, the talented entertainer broke into prominence after his song "Jealous" went viral. On 14 June 2019, Fireboy DML released a romantic single "What If I Say", a record that placed him on the peak of his career. This track gained massive airplays and also topped many music charts both locally and internationally.

Since Fireboy venture into the music mainstream, the singer has released two great albums; "Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps" released in 2019 and "Apollo" released in 2020. He has also collaborated with several great artiste. His latest collaboration with Ed Sheran on the remix to his song "Peru" was outstanding.
