Officially referred to as Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu but widely recognized as Burna Boy, was born on 2 July 1991. Burna hails from Mbiama in Ahoda West Local
Government area in Rivers State. The self acclaimed African giant is an influential music maker, songwriter and label owner.
In the year 2014, Burna Boy separated from Aristokrat records, however, this led him to form his own record label called
Spaceship Entertainment in February 2015, eight months after parting ways with Aristocrat Records.
Burna's debut studio project "L.I.F.E" was released in 2012, his sophomore album "On A Spaceship" was unleashed 2015, followed by "Outside" in 2017, "African giant" in 2019 and
"Twice as Tall" in 2020. Burna boy found fame in 2012 after releasing the song "Like To Party" a record which fetch him so much
popularity and fortune.
His studio projects "African giant" and "Twice As Tall" was both nominated for the category of World Music
albums in the prestigious Grammy Awards. This development catapult the African Giant to one of the most successful musician
